A frame drum, a clay cup of cacao and a fern frond resting on a mossy stone beside running water.

You were never broken.

Body literacy and fertility awareness for women coming back into relationship with their bodies, after the pill, before pregnancy, and everywhere along the spiral in between.

If you're here, something brought you

Maybe some of this sounds familiar.

None of that means something is wrong with you. It usually means something was never explained to you.

Your body has been speaking this entire time. It just wasn't taught to you as a language.

What changes here

The reframe most women have never been offered.

My period is annoying and inconvenient.
Your cycle is information: a monthly report on your health, and a gateway to deeper connection with yourself.
The pill regulates my cycle.
The pill replaces your cycle. There is no ovulation underneath it.
My withdrawal bleed is a real period.
A withdrawal bleed follows synthetic hormones stopping, not ovulation.
My symptoms are just my personality.
Your symptoms are physiology, asking to be heard.
These symptoms are normal, so they're fine.
Normal is not the same as optimal, or inevitable.

I'm not here to tell you what to do with your body. I'm here so that whatever you choose, you're choosing it with the whole picture. That is what informed consent was always meant to be.

The Post-Pill Threshold

What's actually happening in your body in the first 90 days off hormonal birth control.

A short, clear guide to what your body is rebuilding, what it needs to rebuild with, and the three signs that tell you whether you're actually ovulating, not just bleeding.

You'll also get my Friday letters: physiology, cyclical living, and what I'm learning. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your email address will never be shared.

Two hands resting low over the belly, fingers meeting in a downward triangle. A hand holding a cacao pod still growing on the tree. The shadow of a fern frond falling across a shoulder in warm afternoon light. Cupped hands lifted from a stream, a triple spiral tattooed on the wrist, rings spreading across the water.

The Post-Pill Threshold: live

What your body is actually doing after birth control, and how to read the three signs it gives you every cycle.

Tuesday, August 25  ·  60 minutes  ·  Free  ·  Recorded

We'll cover:

  • What hormonal birth control suppresses, and what returns when it stops
  • Withdrawal bleed versus a true period, and why the difference matters
  • Intro to the three fertility signs: temperature, cervical fluid, cervical position
  • How to begin to tell whether you actually ovulated this cycle
  • What cycle recovery genuinely requires: materials, not just time
  • A live Q&A at the end, so bring your questions

Come as you are and ask anything! If you can't make it live, feel free to register anyway, and I will send you the recording.

A second session runs Thursday, September 10.

Work with me

Learning to read your own body.

I work with women one at a time. Just the two of us, your chart, and eight unhurried sessions: enough time for your body to start making sense to you.

The First Sowing

$1,700  · payment plan available

Eight private sessions where you learn the sympto‑thermal method: basal body temperature, cervical fluid, cervical position. By the end you'll understand your cycle instead of guessing at it.

You might be drawn here if:

  • You're looking for a natural and effective form of birth control
  • You want off hormonal birth control and need something you can trust
  • You've come off and are waiting for a cycle that hasn't returned
  • You're preparing for pregnancy and want the preparation to mean something
  • You simply want to know what your body is doing

Probably not the right fit if:

  • You want an app to do the work for you
  • You're looking for something quick (this asks for three to four months)
  • You want diagnosis or treatment. I'm an educator, not a medical provider.

On working with me while I'm still in training:

Being in active certification means I'm not doing this alone. Every chart I read is seen by my mentors as well as by me, so when your cycle asks harder questions, there are experienced eyes on it alongside mine.

Enrollment is open until Friday, September 18. We gather together at the equinox on September 22, though if you're ready sooner, we begin sooner.

The Sovereign Preconception Journey

A nine-month container for women and their partners preparing body, relationship, and intention for conscious conception. Opening later this year. Join my Friday letters and I'll let you know when it does.

Who's holding this

I'm Skye.

Skye standing in the jungle, looking directly at the camera with a soft, open expression.

I was fourteen when I was handed the pill. Sixteen when I was given a hormonal IUD. I kept it for six years and never bled once.

Nobody sat me down. Nobody said: here is what this does, here is what you're trading, here is what your body would have been doing instead. It was handed to me the way it's handed to nearly all of us.

Around 2020 something started to stir, and I began to wonder whether having no period at all was doing something to me, physically and spiritually. What followed was years of trying to understand my own body with no map.

Then I found fertility awareness. I remember feeling something loosen in my chest, not because it fixed anything, but because it explained something.

Spirals and Thresholds was born out of my own unraveling. It's the space I made to honor the winding, non‑linear path of a woman remembering herself.

The door

Spirals and Thresholds is a private members association.

This work happens in private, between members. If you'd like to walk through, write to me and tell me a little about where you are on the spiral.
